ZDoomGL multiplayer?

Heh, well it will work in multiplayer, but it isn't very stable.

Just start it with the -host # parameter (# being the number of players in the game), then on each other computer that will join the game start it with -join <computername>, where <computername> is the name or ip of the host computer on the network.

As for internet games, I have no idea (probably the same though).

I'd reccomend the latest ZDoomGL for multiplayer anyway, as 0.66.2 will most likely desync and/or crash...
