that is a big FAKE, i mean come on. i did a quick google search for penis cloud, clinton penis cloud, clinton penis fire cloud, and a few others with nothing but a few photoshops not related to fires and clinton. beside why would u scratch your own eyes out and bang your head on a wall over a clinton shaped penis cloud?
