CONVERT MAPS

Does anyone know, how to convert doom maps to quake(1) maps and eventually vice versa? The only important thing is, that it has to be possible under linux.

I think there is a Doom -> Quake converter, but IIRC it was rather crappy. Converting Quake -> Doom is pretty much impossible.

and wich program do you mean? do you have the url? t´would be good if yes

There has been a lot of talk over the years from Quake and Doom map editors about this... in short, there might be some support for it elsewhere....
