How Do I Skip Levels In ZDoom?

Yeah, read the title of the thread...

changemap map** at the console.

map map* works too.

Well, "map" will start a new game at the given map, whereas "changemap" will just move you into the new map, keeping all your weapons and stuff.

You can also type IDCLEV (map#) into the console. Just mentioning it for the sake of completeness.

Or just use IDCLEVXX as a normal cheat, just like the original Doom - for even more completeness. :-)

For Doom - map exmx
For Doom2 - map mapxx

(where x is the episode and/or map you want to warp to)

It's hard to believe you didn't know this already :P
