Skunkboy Kyle Posted December 23, 2003 I want to EDIT a midi. Change a pitch here and there, adjust tempo, ect. I can't find a program for this... 0 Share this post Link to post
Bashe Posted December 23, 2003 Sweer Midi Player allows you to cahnge instruments and tempo and stuff. I wouldn't know how to change pitches, though. 0 Share this post Link to post
Bashe Posted December 23, 2003 Also, look at this thread: http://www.doomworld.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=19662 It names a few editors, too. 0 Share this post Link to post
Skunkboy Kyle Posted December 23, 2003 What is the editor you found, Bashe? 0 Share this post Link to post
Bashe Posted December 23, 2003 Its called "Jazz" or something like that. I use that just to change drum pitches, though. But it edits tempo well and you can adjust pitches with it. That avatar is funny! 0 Share this post Link to post
Ichor Posted December 23, 2003 Do you mean Jazzware? Anyway, that's the one I use. 0 Share this post Link to post
DoomRater Posted December 23, 2003 I use Anvil Studio... in case anyone is wondering. I can play a piano so it made sense. But they took out editing the pitch of a note once it's played... So I can't make a note go like start at one step and go down a step and then come back up to the original note. 0 Share this post Link to post
Tobester Posted December 24, 2003 I've never really been skillful with decent midi editors, so I used Tabit to make midis. If you play guitar/bass fretted instrument, its pretty damn good. 0 Share this post Link to post
sargebaldy Posted December 24, 2003 I used GNmidi the only time I had to edit an existing midi (when I reversed some for MooDDooM) :P 0 Share this post Link to post
Skunkboy Kyle Posted December 25, 2003 Tried the Jazzware one. It's okay, can't figure out how to use it though, so far all I've been able to do is edit the instrument. ^_^ 0 Share this post Link to post
Ichor Posted December 25, 2003 Heh, that's about all I use it for. That and edit the length of it so that midi2mus can convert it. 0 Share this post Link to post
