It's a screenshot rather than a demo, but whatever.

I would be willing to bet that you are missing some minor tricks that the Cn runs use.
Anything under 1:00 is pretty good for speed. under 54 is excellent. under 46 is godlike... or just lucky. :P

1:35 is okay, for maxkills demo... but for speed... no way ! :)
If you want to improve your skills practice a little more... PDang was a good place for that, but it is dead now...

And I agree with doug, under 1:00 for speed start to get real good.
