1.42 GB if you count the editors, and other source ports (each with their own copy of the iwads. I don't feel like placing the ports in the same folder).

All my doom stuff combined totals 976 MB

About ten gigs in total. That includes quite a lot of duplicates though (wads both zipped and unzipped; big zips of wads of a particular type so I can easily transfer them to other computers). About one gig is demos (almost all zipped; relatively few extracted since I normally watch demos from inside zips).
