Yippee! Doom art!

Bringing in the calvary for doomart, i come forward with a bunch of pencil art on the doom series, each slightly modified. Be sure to read the descriptions first.

In other art-related news i'm currently working on a doom 3 music video. Feel free to guess which song i'm using, but i'm not telling ya. >:P

btw: Having discussed it with Julian, music videos of the doom series are ok here until further notice. Be sure to credit the name and artist of the song when distributing a vid, and maybe id while you're at it.

Other than that, i'm currently making 1st page of my webpage better. It's still in production but looking a lil freaky.

Very good work there Mr. Mod, I'm particularly fond of the lost soul which you managed to make creepy, while keeping it true to its roots.

The Cybie certainly is well-done too, albeit I keep thinking that it looks like a male porn star ;-)

I see you've developed a really solid shadowing technique - keep it up.

Awesome drawings. Like the third picture and the demon the most.

Hah. It makes me laugh everytime i hear someone say "Your cybie looks sexy!" or "Your warknight looks like a pornstar" or "That caco looks like a mickey.". Not that i can't understand why (or complaining); i can see what you mean. :)

The picture of the pinky and the two lost souls reminds me a great deal of Splatterhouse. :) Take that as you will, but I think it's a good thing.

Well the music vid is almost done. Methinks the biggest task is how am i going to get it onto the net.

Helmet? You referring to those headwings by the side of their, eh, heads? (btw this is the doom 3 one we're talking about here?

In any case i didn't have a pic of the lost souls to refer to when i was doing that one so i made it up a bit whilst keeping the general design to that of the doom 3 lost soul, as mentioned in the artists comments.

EDIT: The Doom3 music vid is now complete! Expect to see it shortly :D

I really like the display of motion in the forth one. Great pics, Senor Blue. : )
