Sephiroth Posted October 27, 2001 where can i get a universal IPX drvier for DOS that will run with plain doom. has to be a DOS driver because i am puting this on a "classic" system that will be used in an up coming LAN party, for doom2. Also if there is no such thing as a universal IPX driver i think the card is a 3-comm, not sure didnt buy it came in another system i got 0 Share this post Link to post
fraggle Posted October 27, 2001 Its a layered system, generally. You have the LSL.COM driver which is the foundation for the networking, then you load the driver for your card on top of that. You then load the IPX driver on top of that (the IPX driver I used was called IPXODI). Hope this helps. 0 Share this post Link to post
