I wana make a map, give demo NOW!

Well, Ive discovered theres nothing i cant do in game editing so far, So i would like to move on from modeling cars for games to building doom maps, i just need a good solid help page somewere explaining how the editor works.

EDIT: Loaded a map in doomedit and it loaded for a sec then crashed.

How about if we give people time to actually play the damn original game (not to mention time to start using the editor) before they start spending their own free time writing modding tutorials?

Most modders get pissed off when people post threads like this. In the future you should just do a google search, there are a number of tutorials listed for now though I will link you to a quick tutorial I found.
