Cyb Posted August 11, 2004 Of course most of you know I'm not all that happy with Dubbya and the way he and his admin have been running the country, but I've often defended him against arguments of how he's a total dumbass. I'm not so sure I'll be doing that any more: http://www.majorityreportradio.com/weblog/archives/Bush%20-%20Tribal%20Sovereignty.mp3 :/ 0 Share this post Link to post

Bucket Posted August 11, 2004 Now, I may not be classified as a genius(I believe I lack about 15 IQ points for that)... But am I supposed to feel way smarter than my president? 0 Share this post Link to post
Sephiroth Posted August 11, 2004 too bad i wish i could hear it. but i can seem to connect to hear what ever it is. 0 Share this post Link to post
alexz721 Posted August 11, 2004 The sad part is that he uses that word in a lot of the speeches he makes. 0 Share this post Link to post
myk Posted August 11, 2004 That's not normal stupidity... I mean; he's the president of the "leading" nation in the world. That can't be happening. It's either brain damage or drugs of some sort. Otherwise, even if he were a puppet, he would have been trained to reply to questions in public... his brain just suddenly fails it completely. It must go blank or something. I know that's happened to me at work once or twice when I was in the middle of a call and I got real sleepy, so I didn't hear what the customer said, so then I couldn't even reply... I had to act up and make secondary questions to remember what we were talking about... it's like bush's brain similarly does not register what he's being asked... he just tries to grasp a word or two from the question and say something. It's incredible how he got everyone laughing. Heh. 0 Share this post Link to post
Linguica Posted August 11, 2004 The best part is how you can hear people in the audience laughing in disbelief. 0 Share this post Link to post
Manc Posted August 11, 2004 I'll think I'll make some sovereign toast now, and eat it on my sovereign couch. 0 Share this post Link to post

Amaster Posted August 12, 2004 I wonder what he thinks of himself after giving speeches and answering questions like that. 0 Share this post Link to post
Grazza Posted August 12, 2004 He probably does it on purpose. People don't like their politicians to seem too clever. I mean, look at the people they've elected over the years. 0 Share this post Link to post
