Wal-Mart Sale!

I just saw Doom3 at Wal-Mart on sale for $43.50!! I gotta go it!

I was told that Wal (dot star thing) Mart doesn't sell M rated games. Can someone clarify?

I saw it there. Wal-Mart's policies only apply to cds with explicit lyrics, in which case they sell only the edited versions. And also movies with occasionally edited content.

Store policy? It doesn't exist. A few years back I went to a Walmart store in search of "Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines". They denied having it for sale, and the employee remarked "We're a family store, we don't sell that game." Ironically, we saw Diablo on the shelf.

The US stores also carry firearms. Gotta love those crazy Americans... my god, there's alot of you.

i got my copy of doom 3 at wal-mart. its only 10 minutes away from me and a mall or best buy is another 10 mins away from that. they sell m rated games and i think edited and unedited versions of cd's

Why can't there be stores saying "We don't give a fuck. If you don't want the damn game, don't buy it, but I'm stocking it anyway. Am I supposed to discontinue everything that you decide you don't want, need, or appove of?"

I've got a Walmart of 2 near where I live. They're pretty good stores. They're a lot better than Target. Especially when buying Computer games. If you buy a computer game at my Target, you can't take it back. You have to exchange it for the exact same game. Whereas WalMart gives you store credit. Hey, it's better than nothing.

If a private business doesn’t want to sell a product then they are entitled. You do not have a right to purchase a product from a private business. As much as people talk about their rights you’d think they would take the time to find out what their rights are.

EB Games sucks. Mostly because all of their products are of low-quality (at least the one by my mall). If it's in less than 4 pieces, they'll buy it from you...depending on how bad they want to rip you off. I remember buying a game for my XBOX, the game was a week old and I had only been in posession of it for 1 or 2 days. $50 game, they gave me $20. BIG mistake. I wouldn't suggest EB Games unless you're a total failure on eBay.
