Job Posted November 15, 2004 Beavers Snatch Cash A creek in Louisiana is home to a family of lucky beavers. Cash stolen from a local casion, estimated to be about $70,000-75,000, was found woven into a beaver dam. Two out of three stolen bags of money were found, the equivalent of $40,000. The area's sherriff had noted that, "They hadn't torn the bills up. They were still whole." More on this story here.
