Take-two, Sony, and Microsoft sued over "The Guy Game"

Recommended Posts

Honestly, I'm glad they got sued for it. It's bad enough that we have people crying about violence, but to add nudity and sexual content to an extreme like this, is not something the gaming community needs. Hopefully this might put an end to it.

Besides, I heard the game was complete crap so I think I can live without it.

GameSpot gave it a good review... the players didn't however.

GameSpot = Good
Players = Poor (by 3 points)

I dont get it. If you dont want people you dont know to see you nude, then NEWSFLASH GET THIS! DONT TAKE OFF YOUR CLOTHES IN FRONT OF PEOPLE DURING SPRING BREAK SO A BUNCH OF MTV-NERD SPRINGBREAKERS CAN DROOL OVER YOUR TITS!

Also, since she most likely did not have parental consent, what she did was illegal (seeing as no one was forcing her, and it couldnt be considered assault). "Oh but she was probably drunk!" you say. Guess what 17 is less than 21 last time I looked. So in fact Sony could completly turn this entire case around against her, and I wouldnt give a shit. a) because the taboos of society are stupid (all hell breaks loose if a 17 year is nude but if an 18 year old wants to be nude its fine, even though the age and maturity and everything is abstract) and b) because she shouldnt have been an idiot.

To expand on point A, forget everything you know about "legal age". Now think, what really is the difference between 17 and 18?

That all doesn't matter. Nobody should be allowed to use pictures of her without her consent. How would you react if someone took a photo of you and used it to make money with it. I'd sure be pissed no matter what was on the picture.

So my best guess is that they remove the offending picture(s) and re-release this POS without it.

It doesn't matter, legal age is legal age. The difference is a 17 year old is a minor, and an 18 year old is an adult.

a similar incident happened in my town. 2 girls just out of school ended up in a lesbian sex scene in some porn. well that porn has made its way around town, sadly i have yet to see it.

her, her family and her firends were up set over this. not sure if they ever tried to sue.

she has no one to blame but her self. she was the one that drank too much.
