flash n00b Posted January 30, 2005 Is there an application that can convert doom lumps to midi? 0 Share this post Link to post
wildweasel Posted January 30, 2005 Step 1: Save the lump to your hard drive. Step 2: Rename the lump to a .mus file. That should be all you have to do, really. 0 Share this post Link to post

He has to run it through a conversion process. Renaming the extension doesn't do anything :) DeePsea, Wintex or XWE all have built-in conversion from MUS (the original DOOM format) to MIDI. There is no need to save the original lump to a hard drive. Just pick the lump inside the PWAD/IWAD and select the appropriate tool for whatever program you are using. 0 Share this post Link to post
