Where and how can I upload my doom wads for the public?

I just finished a 6 level wad and I needed a place to uploading it. I've never made any uploads with doom related material before so I dont know how. Can someone provide me a place and/or a way to upload to doomworld? (like into /newstuff). Thanks for the help.
