Can any one identify this wad?

I was going through my Legacy PWAD folder a while ago and came across this interesting movie. I have no idea what it's about, but I think it has something to do with the Newdoom forums. Anyone know what this is?

Well, you could ask the author if you want some sort of explanation. You already have the full text file, so it's not like it's unidentified.

Ah, OK...i went over to newdoom all of twice i think, must have downlaoded it right when it came out
