Here's a diagram of the situation.

The entire rectangle is a slope up 128 units onto another platform. I want both rectangles to have different flats, but the slope to be aligned, ie one big smooth slope. It's length is 448 units, the smaller rectangle's length is 416 units. How high should I have the middle rectangle so that it slopes smoothly with the bigger rectangle?

Set both sectors to the same height, then tag the outer sector.
Put a 'Copy Floor Slope' thing in the inner sector, and point it to the tagged sector. Done!
