When searching YouTube for "worst music video" these came up. The first is probably my candidate, it looks like it was done in half an hour or something, and the person behind the camera is either drunk, or has no idea how to use the camera, or both.

Oh. Dear. God. This thread is absolutely soul-crushing. Anyone involved with the production of any of these videos should be shot on sight. Next, anyone involved with putting these videos on the Internet should also be shot. Finally, anyone involved with this thread should be finished off, just for good measure.
