I recently started writing up a Functional Entropy article for the Doom Wiki but my memory fails me on a few things, so I'm hoping some of you could help me out a bit. Here's what I'd like to know:

When did the site open and when did it close (I'm naturally guessing that it closed when Doomworld opened, but I'd still like to know for sure)?

What was the URL of the site (I'm asking this because I want to check whether the site still exists in the Internet Archive)?

And http://entropy.telefragged.com/index2.html was probably the main index (at least it brings something useful in the archive).

It opened in late 1996, it got the name in early 1997 (I think), and it pretty much died after Doomworld opened.
