I'm sorry, but Robocop could take the cyberspace equivalent of Jesus who pops pills and says "Wow" any day, especially when you consider that Robocop has fought and won against things like a drug addicted robot and cyborg ninjas. Frikken' cyborg ninjas, man! The most Neo has fought are robo squids and shrieking albino twins, and like, a bunch of Agent Smiths. Hardly compareable.

Quality stuff. Stupid, for sure, but at least it didn't look cheap. Robocop could take that Neo wuss any damn day of the week though.
