Let's see if I can remember it all.

Megaman X6 for Playstation (YAY!)
Klonoa 2 for Playstation 2 (FUCKING YAY!!)
A new Dual Shock 2 gamepad
Two hugeass flannel shirts
A hat that's so ugly and tasteless I love it ^.^
A bottle of aftershave
A conglomeration of paraphernalia for my Zippo

My brother got me a case of beer... imported for Japan! Sapporo tastes just like MGD... but is about four times stronger. Seriously. It's some powerful assed shit. It's also in a really nice wooken crate with some glass mugs. He also got me Steve Vai's "Sex & Religion" CD, to help me flush out my Devin Townsend collection.

Speaking of which, my order from HevyDevy.com showed up on Christmas Eve. It had...

Five CDs:
Punky Brüster - Cooked On Phonics (FUNNY AS FUCKING HELL!)
Devy - Infinity (FUCKING KICKASS!)
Devy - Christeen + Four Demos (VERY KICKASS! One demo is 12 minutes!)
Devy - Official Bootleg 2000 (In track 9 Devy has the crowd sing happy birthday =)
Devy - TERRIA LIMITED EDITION DIGIPAK (ABSOLUTELY FUCKING AND UTTERLY AMAZING!!!)

I also ordered a Strapping Young Lad longsleeve black tshirt, the one that says 'Oh My Fucking God' right on the front. I'm still wearing it, actually. =)

So yeah, this was a happy happy Christmas. Klonoa 2 is fucking amazing, Megaman X6 is a Goddamn blastfest, I have a shitload of CDs and Japanese beer that I'm going to keep as display.

I got more than I could've ever asked for. Now all I'm missing out of my life is for someone to love me. -.-

<< including those fruity Euro things the whole damn European Union is about to start using >>

More like 1/4 of the EU is going to start using. Fortunately Britain is one of the 3/4 who aren't going to use them :) Well, for now anyway...

I think that out of the 15 members of the EU, about a dozen are adapting the Euro currency. Of couse, Britain had to be the odd one out once again.

Some Chainmail Miniatures (just for painting)
Chocolate-Covered Macadamia nuts (mmm...)
A peace-sign stamp
Simpsons Monopoly
Pink Floyd: Mettle (Speaking of long songs, Echoes is about 22 minutes long)
Monster Magnet: God Says No
Alice in Chains: Jar of Flies
2 Sweater-like shirts
Winter gloves
A WTC memorial coin (I wonder how much this will sell for on e-bay)
Dune: House Harkonnen
A $35 gift certificate for Warehouse Music (I'll be able to get 3-4 CDs out of this)

And finaly, the computer I've been raving about...not exactly what I expected, but good enough. Here are the specs:

256 mb ram
20 gb hd
17" moniter
2 button trackball mouse
keyboard
Windows 98SE (My fav)

A network hub, so I'll be able to hook it up to this computer and get the internet in my room.
Unfortunately, like this computer, It refuses to run D!

I am currently ripping all my favorite CD tracks to mp3 for my computer in alphabetical order. I'm on Marylin Manson now, but thats not very far into it, considering most my favorite bands are in the last half of the alphabet. :)

My sister got a pretty good haul as well. She got a guitar starter set that came with a Fender Strat and an amp (good deal), and the Hobbit (maybe this will get her to read more). I also gave her a poster of Brandon Lee in The Crow garb. Is it considered necrophilia if you have a crush on a dead guy? :)

Punky Brüster - Cooked On Phonics (FUNNY AS FUCKING HELL!)

Told ya ;)

Devy - Christeen + Four Demos (VERY KICKASS! One demo is 12 minutes!)

Gotta love his female-opera-vocals in the end of Processional :P

Now all I'm missing out of my life is for someone to love me. -.-

Get one of those kids I showed you.

Nine Inch Nails: Things Falling Apart

For somebody who didn't even care for the Fragile, I can't imagine you living through THAT.

Starfuckers v2 was OK though.

I am currently ripping all my favorite CD tracks to mp3 for my computer in alphabetical order

I'm assuming you're using Lame v3.89 with VBR and -Q 0 for perfect CD-quality MP3s, right?

If not... wait for deadnail's reply :P

A printer.

Die.

A digital camera.

Die some more.

Things Falling Apart

At least it's better than the Quake "soundtrack".

As for what I got for Christmas ... Check it. It's still on order tho, and NOT from Thinkgeek, but that's a convenient enough link.

1) I meant Britain is one of the 1/4 not joining. I got it the wrong way round :)

2) While 12/15 member states are joining, if you're talking about member countries, it's 12/18. Britain is four countries, remember... :)

3) It's the British citizens who don't want the Euro. The current government do, but are too scared to hold a referendum because they know they'll lose. Also, I think the Scottish Parliament would probably hold a seperate referendum from England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

4) The other two member states not joining the Euro are Denmark and Sweden, so British citizens aren't the only ones who are intelligent =p

5) 1/1/2002 marks the date that commerical banks in most of the 12 countries will no longer exchange the old national currency with the Euro. With one exception (Germany), the Euro won't be compulsory for a few months.

Austria: March
Belgium: March
Finland: March
France: Mid-Febuary
Germany: Straight away
Greece: March
Ireland: Early Febuary
Italy: March
Luxembourg: March
Netherlands: March
Portugal: March
Spain: March

6) Seven more countries are scheduled to join the EU in the next few years, and I doubt they'll all be willing to give up their national currency :)
