Capture the Flag (Skulltag) Help

I'm trying to make a CTF map for Skulltag. I put the team starts and flags and stuff. Now when I'm playing the level and I capture the other team's flag I try to return it to my own but nothing happens. It's not a Skulltag problem because other CTF WADs work fine. I tried openeing a CTF map on skulltag.wad but Doom Builder freezes whenever I try.

Make sure there aren't any single player starts in it. For now, you can't have single player starts present if you want simple CTF to work.
