Tech Packs?

Okay so I've checked afterglow and such but I'm just curious if anyones ever made a texture pack that provides if not the most tech resources? If so just let me know.

My English isn't the best, I'm not sure what you're asking, but if you're looking for tech texture wads, I highly recomend both Nmn's texture packs, pure quality there, and very easy to aplicate (I made some maps with them and was a pleasure).
