help......

ok.... i recently had a fire in my house and my laptop melted. so i got a new one. and i had to redownload doom builder. when i downloaded the insrtalation, i went to instal it. but when i did it installed all but GUIplus.dll, file. Doom builder wont run if i dont have that file. it does the same thing on my normal dsktop computer. Whe it comes to that error saying it cant install that file it says also that the file is corrupted. anyone plz help me... and fast!

That's curious, Doom Builder runs just fine on my system and I don't have said file.
