I have no idea about cmcs21.ocx

This is awful! When i am trying to install DoomBuilder 1.68 it sais

C:\Windows\system32\cmcs21.ocx
Unable to register DLL/OCX: DLLRegisterServer failed; code 0x80020009

I noticed that there is also cmcs21.dll. Do you also have this file ?

Maybe i can edit that lump with xwe without using DoomBuilder?

You must have administrator privileges to install an OCX. If you don't, this error will occur. Try looking it up on Google.

I get an error like that as well, if I try to edit scripts using DoomBuilder. However, I tried downloading and running XWE, and it says 'Failed to create key .WAD', then 'List index out of bounds (0)'. What's wrong?
