This looks like something the BNP would write, except they hate jews. Well they wouldn't publicly claim to, in fact in public they would claim to love Israel just like the UK's right and centre-right do. While that article is propaganda trash by an asshole, Muslims becoming a majority in politics in European nations is not that unlikely. I don't think that would be good as they're likely to go against women's rights and free speech as well as genuine scientific progress and truth. Just look at the bible belt pulling down the US and imagine a more fanatical force. But I don't think a damn thing should be done to stop their swelling population, because that would be pretty damn fascist. What needs to be done now is more safeguards need to be put in place immediately to protect those rights. Not only to protect them in the future but right now from the fascist assholes currently in power, before waiting for them to be replaced by other fascist assholes.

Maybe for a relatively short period, but prosperity tends to bring a degree of enlightenment and liberalism. To name a couple of examples, the barbarians that took down Rome became educated, and the Muslims that amassed great power during the late Middle Ages ushered the Renaissance through their translations, early experiments and investigations.

Even now the Muslims that are in wealthy or advantaged situations are usually more westernized, liberalized and generally learned than those that struggle in squalid or war torn scenarios.

if we follow the logic of this article, america is under a huge hispanic/mexican immigration (legal and illegal). And most mexican families make many more kids than regular american ones. So america will become part of mexico?

It's funny how many still hate and fear communists. I bought a nice bright red shirt at Redners in Red Hill and stenciled a nice big golden hammer & sickle on it. Muslims did invent the scientific method, the Camera Obscura and numerous other things which where later "officially" invented in western europe, sometimes hundreds of years later.

Indeed, i know a second-generation-immigrant one who is learning to become a doctor (and is female), doesnt wear the bizarre clothes that totally cover her up and draws gay porn with the 'pagan' harry potter characters in it. Though her parents sound as barbaric and backwards as would be expected, she has became much more civilised. Then again i suspect the majority of the muslims living in europe are like that, and the problem of the 'extremists' seems bigger simply because it is what the media focuses on, who wants to read about a muslim helping an old lady get her cat down out of a tree?. So the fact that Mohammed is now a popular name in europe is hardly cause for concern, and i'm sure israelis will still be able to see the eiffel tower as much as they want (though if you want a decent stick of rock and the used-to-be-famous geordie comedy duo of your choice entertaining you Blackpool tower is the way to go)

No, the scientific method was invented all through the ages. And the guys there were not necessarily muslims, some of them were jew, christian (dhimmis) and others something like agnostic, atheist or don'tcareist.

This is a nonsense question given what we are discussing. See, if they were to "take over Europe", as the fascist blog fears, they'd have at their disposition European wealth and learning. What is "high rank", anyway?

just one thing, modern mathematics are based on the arab numbers ... 1,2,3,4,etc. are all arab numbers, arabs even invented the concept of zero which the ancient greeks and romans didnt have.

The decimal system (0-10) is much easier to work with than the roman system (I, II, III, IV etc. and it gets horribly complicated when you reach the hundreds and thousands).

I do not mind genuinely moderate religions that can interact but I want the majority of islam and any other hardcore nutcases scorched off the face of the earth.

Any people looking for war and praying hatred should be scorched off our earth... there are religious freaks in all religions ... christian freaks in the US, jews in israel, and terrorist in middle east (not all muslims are terrorists, far from it)...

You can also say that Babylonians invented 0 because they had a sign for the null number, or the Chinese that already have a 0 sign in the beginning of our era, or the XVIIth Century mathematicians that really considered 0 as a real number.
