ragnew Posted January 22, 2007 I was running through Beyond_death.wad (a pretty kick ass hr-like map) and came to the conclusion that the invisible monsters kind of suck ass. They're not too hard (aside from the revenant horde), but all in all just annoying. Does anyone know if there is a parameter that can be set in the command line that would keep said monsters from being invisible? Or am I just SOL? Thanks much. 0 Share this post Link to post
Bashe Posted January 22, 2007 Nope, those are stealth monsters. They cannot be told to be visible. Your only bet is to go and change the monsters from their stealth counterparts to the normals ones in a map editor. 0 Share this post Link to post
ragnew Posted January 22, 2007 Ah damn... Was afraid of that. I appreciate it Bashe. 0 Share this post Link to post
Lizardcommando Posted January 22, 2007 I thought you can turn them off with the Compatibility options under "Disable Stealth Monsters". Or maybe that's only with Skulltag... 0 Share this post Link to post
Belial Posted January 22, 2007 try r_drawtrans 0 Edit: Owell, that only kills their fading animations, so they just go from fully visible to invisible instantly. 0 Share this post Link to post
