Not exactly Doomguy's catchphrase, but the Zombies could talk like the ones in Postal 2: Apocalypse Weekend.

You've not truly lived life to the fullist until you hear a zombie calling you "Gaaarghhh...piece of shit...!" :-D

I think Zombies should just be mute, making only orgasmic grunts. It makes killing them a lot more enjoyable.

"DIE-KNOW-MIGHT!!!"
"I'm cooking with gas!"
"Let's swap some hot, manly lead! Whoo-hoo baby"

"Today is a good day to kill monsters"
