Welcome to the next installment of 32in24, Diet 32in24!

Gamemode is SP! 16 maps! (It's diet!) Theme inspiration is Gothic meets Corporate America! Examples of potential maps would be factories made out of marble, torch lit fast food places, etc.

General Rules:
- Boom Compat
- Do not use previously made content
- No added textures beyond the ones provided
- Either mapper may submit music (mid/mus only) or a map title
- Upload using private host or using speedyshare.com (no rapidshare)
- no 3d starts
- Any overflow maps (over 16) will be cut judged on playability (and later placed into the overflow wad with the other 32in24 overflow maps)


Layout Rules:
- Create a basic layout, with direct focus on gameplay. Disregard detail almost completely.
- Must place items and monsters, including Player 1 start, coop starts, and weapons. Must also include exit.
- Upload map to private hosting or using speedyshare (no rapidshare, megaupload, etc, please) and post both here and on IRC
- Layouters: DO NOT use Essel's texture wad
- NO Difficulty levels, assume UV difficulty
- Pistol starts possible (but very difficult, except early maps)

Detailer Rules:
- Call a map in the 32in24 thread (when calling, check to see if anyone else is working on the map before you start)
- Open map with Essel's resource wad
- Try to preserve gameplay as faithfully as possible; consult layout mapper if you want to make changes to layout/items
- Build outwards whenever possible, especially in small areas.
- Impassible lines are your friends! We don't like bumping into stuff :(
- Make the map look damn sexy
- IMPORTANT: Allow for at least two 256x128 billboards in each map! Do not place the billboards, they will be put in when the wad is being assembled.
- Post for final submission in this thread/IRC

Please please please please please check the 32in24MaintenanceBot post before detailing a map. I claimed that one. If you've got quite a bit of it done, you can finish it, though. I'll take another map.
