Back spacing in "Lines mode"

When your making a giant job/work using lines mode and you accidentally screw up 1 line while in the making, s it possible to go back like 1 click/line to rechange it with out having to restart the whole thing?

Wow. I never knew about that shortcut, even after using DB for 3-4 years. It'll make life a lot easier.
