Maybe image tags could be enabled just in that forum and people could show off spiffy doom drawings.

An images forum, or just enabling images everywhere? Yeah I wouldn't mind images enabled with some decent regulations, but I don't push for it since I know it won't happen. Linking works good enough for now.

I do agree with you to a degree, but remember that DW has stricter rules and better moderation than ND does.

yes, that's true. Maybe members who have been here longer than three months and have behaved themelves should be allowed to, with a 640x800 limit or something, and if people abuse it, whack.

Something is developing into a pet hate of mine: multiple quoting.

Why do people insist on quoting quotes within quotes within quotes? You can just press the quote button, cut out what you don't need and keep the whole thing condensed and to the point. This avoids people starting to read the same thing over and over and allows them to home in on the relevant bit quickly.

I try to do that whenever I can, but a lot of times the quotes lead into each other, so it makes more sense to have them all there. I can understand when people quote seven things first, but two or three isn't a problem, IMO.
