cmsc21 ocx is missing! :/

Every time I try to edit the scripts in a map, DB crashes and I get a crash and the message:

Run-time error '339';

Component 'cmcs21.ocx' or one if its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missile or invalid

I'm running Windows XP SP2. Searching for cmcs21.ocx on google turns up nothing.

Re-install. I am sure the setup installs this file correctly.
