Testers wanted

I've made a medium sized level for Doom 2 called "Shoot!" and I need a few good men to test it. I'd like feedback from things such as bugs, misalignments and ofcourse skill settings etc.

screenshots?

There's two at my homepage, but I really won't give too much away about the level. This way I hope that I can get some objective feedback from people that where just curious about the level instead of catering to those who prefer the given style of the level by showing too much of it.

This might be a wrong disposition, but I have to try it.

There's already a Deathmatch wad called shoot! (and shoot)

It was popular some time ago on some multiplayer doom ports.

Still I think you should be able to use the name for a singleplayer wad.

Some reason many highly played multiplayer wads do not get uploaded to idgames. Also shoot!.wad is in a place that getwad searches, getwad also looks on idgames. So people would just have to be lucky getwad downloads the right one.

So, you recommend that I do not name the level "Shoot!"?

I must admit that I am mostly interested in keeping that name.

I don't really want to playtest. But I'm looking forward to playing this map when its released.

Heh, what do you need screenshots for? Since it's a Chris Hansen map it is guaranteed to be of high quality.

So, he just calls it CH_shoot.wad or whatever.
