Copy/cutting & pasting things dumps ID tag.

Not sure if this was done for a reason, or just overlooked...
Whenever you assign a thing a thing tag, and then attempt to copy/cut it to someplace else, the tag is dumped. Very inconvient at times, at least for my purposes.

Could we see this fixed in DB3?

Isn't there an option to make it copy the tag as well?

Configuration -> Editing tab -> Copy effects and tags when pasting

I never knew about that setting... Interesting.
I looked for it too; my revised suggestion, make it checked by default.
