Playing zdoom maps on Jdoom

I guess that's how you got your 1500+ posts, right? ;)

JDoom can only play vanilla doom maps, but with huge wads such as Icarus and Eternal you might encounter few "Z_malloc" problems. Of course taking out all those fancy effects might help a little.

BTW, have you checked out the new weapons made for JDoom? If not i recommend to go get them.

Well I erased Jdoom this morning cause I played requiem and many of the textures were missing. I got so angry I erased all of Jdoom on my computer.

I played requiem with Jdoom also, but didn't notice anything like that.

Yeah around map 4 or 5 I got big red textures everywhere that replace the good one plus they kept dissapearing so I didn't knew if I was walking or having the face stuck on a wall...

Earlier version of JDoom (1.0 i think) did start to mess up textures when i played Ultimate Doom episode 2 with it. I just saved my game and restarted it, and the problem disappeared.
