On death go to next level?

How do I make it so that when the player dies, it goes to the next map? I remember seeing it at the end of the first episode in Doom 1 i believe, but it's been awhile so idk.

You could, maybe... open up the Doom IWAD and look at the map yourself? Such unconventianal thinking!

On Doom 1, it's the Sector Action "End Level 10% or lower Health", the player DOES NOT die.
But if I actually remember correctly there might be a map with a Voodoo, where you die (Voodoo Death sequence) and move on, it was a Megawad for Doom 1, cause there wasn't any SSG's.

Yeah, using a Voodoo that gets killed (in means killing you too) in Zdoom or it's relatives having the "End Level/Map" action, which means you'll start with a Pistol, I think that is how it was done.

I know that one in one (probably more) of the Claustrophobia 1024 maps, the player exits by teleporting into a voodoo doll and a Romero head, which ended the level but killed the player.
