Doom II Coming to Xbox Live Arcade

Wish I had a 360 right now, but I'll think I'll get a friend to buy it and let me play it, just for the new episode. I wonder if it will be consistent with original Doom II (and fun?).

Nope, XBLA Doom is an almost perfect copy of Ultimate Doom.

Personally, I'm hoping this extra episode is Master Levels, if it isnt something brand new

Master Levels, or maybe the Lost Episode. Jupiter.wad or whatever it's called would be cool. Although I don't have a 360 so I don't really care.

This is just wishful thinking but would be nice. :-)

Maybe 400, most likely 800. Doom started out as 800, and sold so damn well (as it should!) that it became an Arcade Hit and got reduced to 400, so I dont think Doom 2 will start at 400. If were unlucky, it'll be 1200, but I dont see that happening

I can't wait for this, and have been hoping and praying id would release it ever since I got my 360. A day one purchase for me, I'll quite happily pay whatever they ask (although 400 MS points would be preferred).

My only hope is that the Master Levels will be included, as I've never played them before, and I really want to. :D
