How large are the Doom series WADs?

Is this correct?:

Doom - 10,898 KB
Doom 2 - 14,263 KB
Ultimate Doom - 12,118 KB

I am unsure how large the Final Doom WAD is. Then again, I think Final Doom is basically the other three games' WADs.

All patched to their latest versions where applicable

Final Doom is two IWADs, The Plutonia Experiment and TNT. They are 32-levels like Doom 2 and run on a slightly-modified DOOM2.EXE.

Ultimate Doom IWAD, I believe.

Yeah, but that comes as doom.wad nowadays I thought.

It's probably from the first release, but I honestly wouldn't know.

Doomu.wad has a bigger file size than doom.wad. I'm all but certain that the difference in file sizes lies in the inclusion of Episode 4.

DOOM.WAD is the original 3 episodes, DOOMU.WAD is Ultimate Doom with the 4th episode.

Before late 1997, the Boom engine actually insisted on Ultimate Doom being called DOOMU.WAD for the 4th episode to work.

It does, always, but some people rename it for some source ports to allow it alongside DOOM, in the same directory.
