JadedLexi Posted December 4, 2009 My mouse lags the game in this version too. :( It doesn't do this in any other Doom port.. 0 Share this post Link to post
DaniJ Posted December 4, 2009 Sounds like you installed over a much older version. Try deleting your config files. 0 Share this post Link to post
JadedLexi Posted December 5, 2009 Where would I find the config files? 0 Share this post Link to post
DaniJ Posted December 5, 2009 The default location depends on the OS you are running as they are user-specific. For example, under Vista you should look in c:\Users\<username>\Doomsday Frontend\runtime Win XP is an exception to this rule, look in c:\Program Files\Doomsday\Snowberry\runtime 0 Share this post Link to post
JadedLexi Posted December 5, 2009 I deleted the configs and it still didn't work, could anything else be the problem? :( 0 Share this post Link to post
DaniJ Posted December 5, 2009 How much "lag" are we talking about? If its only a very small amount then you might try disabling mouse filtering (open the console and enter input-mouse-filter 0). 0 Share this post Link to post
JadedLexi Posted December 5, 2009 Well, I still get a good amount of FPS, but then it starts to slow down whenever I move the mouse for mouselook. 0 Share this post Link to post
DaniJ Posted December 6, 2009 Which OS and mouse are you using? What is your average FPS and monitor refresh rate? 0 Share this post Link to post
JadedLexi Posted December 6, 2009 Windows XP, Logitech MX310 Optical Mouse, average FPS was between 60 to 100 FPS and I am not sure what my monitor refresh rate was. 0 Share this post Link to post
