Doom-Child Posted February 19, 2002 Does anyone know if the Mac OS Legacy beta will network with the PC port? DC 0 Share this post Link to post
fraggle Posted February 20, 2002 probably, if they're the same version and the developers remembered to do their endianness conversions.. 0 Share this post Link to post

esselfortium Posted February 27, 2002 The network code in Mac Legacy isn't ready yet, and it probably won't be for a long time. I contacted Calum Robinson, the person behind Mac Legacy, and he says he has only one computer, so he won't be able to do network code for a long time. And from now on, Mac Legacy will be for Mac OS X only. Oh well. X screwed up my iMac when I tried running it last year, but I guess I'm gonna have to take my chances with it again. 0 Share this post Link to post
Doom-Child Posted February 28, 2002 Well, your first problem was using an IMac. I like Macs, but the IMac was probably the most ill-concieved product Apple made. Get a Titanium. DC 0 Share this post Link to post
esselfortium Posted February 28, 2002 I'm 13, okay? I get $10 a week, and it would be a few years before I had enough money to get a titanium! Sheesh! 0 Share this post Link to post
