Mugen character sites?

Does anyone know any sites where I can get some mugen characters?

I literally entered "Mugen character sites" into google and lo and behold found quite a few videos with sites

The best thing you can do for Mugen characters is go on http://www.esnips.com/ and search for "(Character Name) Mugen" then scroll down to "All Files". A lot of communities upload them there and thats where you can find almost every single character, screenpack and stage.

That's how I was able to get some of the better ones (IE: Sandman, Thor, etc.)

Again, youtube will usually turn up some results on specifics as well.

eSnips seems interesting for this. But is it only possible to make very general searches and not specific file name searches? Just an example: searching "Fast Car" turns up files called Fast and files called Car. There's no way to narrow the search down from this?
