Enhanced explosive barrel

Hello all,
I'd like to replace doom explosive barrel with something similar, but better looking. Is there any mod/wad with somothing like that?

Freedoom has some nice exploding barrels. You might be able to download just the barrel sprites from the repository, but it might be easier to just grab the IWAD and extract them yourself.

How about exploding Apple Macs or Smurfs?

Exploding R2D2 torsos that actually run from you and whistle :)

are you looking to change its property's or its sprite because you could make different kinds of barrels like nitro style so if ya touch it ya die!!! and kill any thing else around or make acid barrels that throw mutating goo all over the place..... what a way to go....
