I always found the music from both Deus Vults wads are nice to hear with. Some of the music like Deus Vult map01, Deus Vult 2 map02, 03 are really my favourite. Does anyone know where are these musics from? As well as the music name?

Here are some of the Deus Vults music I know:

Deus Vult map02 - From Donkey Kong
Deus Vult map03 - From Heretic
Deus Vult map05 - From Ultimate Doom
Deus Vult 2 map01 - From ROTT
Deus Vult 2 map12 - From TNT
Deus Vult 2 map13 - From Doom 2
Deus Vult 2 map21 - From Hereric
Deus Vult 2 map22 - From Donkey Kong
Deus Vult 2 map31 - From Heretic

So what's the name of the music of the rest of the maps?

Deus Vult MAP01 is the theme from Terminator.

Deus Vult MAP04 is the Donkey Kong 3 final boss theme.

I don't think MAP01 of Deus Vult 2 uses music from ROTT.

Depends. There's two versions of DV2, one with only MIDI music (dvii-1i.wad), made for idgames archive, which indeed uses a track from ROTT, and another with some MP3s (dvii-1u.wad); however, to annoy other port users, it can only be heard in ZDoom without some WAD editing. Other ports' users will just hear midi. (Same for par times - there's a Boom feature which allows editing them, but in DV2 a ZDoom one is used instead.)

I think the most important question is what is the title screen music?

It's so harsh on OPL emulation.

According to the textfile in Deus Vult 1, it's the NES Contra Title Screen.
