New music and sounds from Bobby Prince!

So in another thread, I was talking about how it might be cool if... actually, you know what, let's just skip the boring stuff and go right to the new music!

All in all, I'm extremely pleased with how things are coming along so far, and hope you guys are too. There's plenty more to come :)

Isn't the Back Quake Ranger from Q3 named Wrack?

Man, those are all kinda cool. The first Song sounds like something "Straight out of the fucking game!"

I didn't know Bobby Prince still did this stuff, awesome!

Also, are those actual instruments or just a really high quality soundfont? If it's a soundfont, I MUST KNOW WHAT IT IS.

Metallica should hire Prince to compose their next album.

My guess is that it's a hardware synth, and probably one of those workstation types. Maybe look to see if any soundfonts use sounds from a Roland Phantom or something like that.

The music definitely has that Bobby Prince sound to it. I like. :)

The first song reminds me of Demonstar's music, another soundtrack Bobby composed for.

All in all, it's great to hear he's still making music, and good music at that.

I think this would make a good E1M1 track for DTWID.

Also, he just made a post on our blog about how he makes sound effects. It's a pretty interesting read - especially for anyone who's interested in that sort of thing!

Heh, I was expecting him to sort of phoning this in, but it looks like you've got him convinced that this will be something great. He seems to be working very hard. I'm looking forward to the future of your game.
