DyingCamel's Demons #1 is a community project consisting of 13 maps submitted by the regulars of DyingCamel's Twitch stream https://www.twitch.tv/dyingcamel

 

The project was open to all skill levels and is structured as a compilation so there is great variation between map types and styles.

Camel's icon should be smaller and not so confusing when choosing things like new game and difficulty settings.

finally hard wad released!!! Lets TAS :))))

 

But Map 14 is troll map... sad :( and sad, only map 10 and 11 are hard

I'd been really wanting to see one of Gorf's maps given how he often reacts to maps.

DC-MAP03-AC

UV-casual in 20:26, PRBoom+ 2.5.1.5, complevel 17.

Not what I imagined, exactly, but not far off.

I wouldn't recommend watching unless you like door camping and abusing sound propagation.

I'll finish the wad and give a general overview soon.

Shame that mine didn't come across as hard, it was difficult for me to take it out in a deathless run but your mileage may vary

nice job @mArt1And00m3r11339 that map was indeed an easy one I made for this project. The original map I made was the Green Machine and I was told it was probably going to be to hard solely based on the monster count but after Camel played it, he said it was fine to include both maps.

Almost done with this wad. Most of the maps are pretty good, I quit about halfway into Green Machine though, probably the most tedious and boring map I've played in a long time. The framerate became unbearable.

Are you using a vanilla-style source port? If not, that may be the reason who you are having problems with framerate.
