What drum loop is used in Tempest 2K's "Mind's Eye"?

Bit of a weird, specific question, for context I like this sample (if it one and not just a custom midi beat?) and wanna use it in my own music.

In Tempest 2000, the track "Mind's Eye" has what seems to be a drum sample, that sounds kinda similar to the Amen Break but I haven't been able to find its name.
