Best/worst map for each episode of Doom

PS - Sorry I had to exclude Thy Flesh Consumed because it won't let me have more than 3 questions. Nevermind though, IMO most of it is still pretty GOOD!

Best first: E1M2, E2M6, E3M3, E4M2.

Now worst: E1M8, E2M3, E3M8, E4M3.

After E1, E4 is my favorite episode, but E4M3 is a disaster, in my opinion.

E1M8 seemed really unfinished, and even John Romero noted that he didn't really like that one.

E2M3 was, like M8, designed by Tom Hall, and Sandy Petersen tried his best to salvage it, but he didn't quit succeed, unfortunately.

E3M8 would've been a lot better if there had been some extra length to it, which the other episode enders (save E4M8) suffer from.

E4M3 felt to me like it was trying too hard to be E4, and so it didn't come naturally, and coming directly after my favorite E4 map doesn't help it.

My opinion, though.

Best: E1M4, E2M7, E3M7, E4M2

Worst: E1M6, E2M9, E3M6, E4M7

[Solmyr]

Best: E1M7, E2M5, E3M5.

Worst: E1M8, E2M9, E3M8.

best: E1M5, E2M2, E3M7, E4M2

worst: E1M6, E2M9, E3M1, E4M1

 

I have no idea if this is the same vote I had for the last time I did this but who cares anymore.
