You can apply rotation in a few ways. The quickest would be to apply the ROTATING flag in the MODELDEF lump, though I'm not sure if you can control the speed at which it rotates. https://zdoom.org/wiki/MODELDEF


Another way would to create the animation in the 3D model itself.


Another way (less practical) would be to rotate it via ACS (https://zdoom.org/wiki/SetActorAngle ).


There may be a way in DECORATE, or ZScript, though I'm not sure personally.
