I rather enjoyed the map of the first several screenshots. Just so you know, in the version I played the midgrate or whatever was not impassable. I also thought the secrets were rather cheap/simplistic.

This is a Doom wad initially released for the Infernew project.

It was constructed on the Doom format and is, at the least, compatible with Crispy Doom.

The OP is fine imo. (1) Includes shots, (2) it's vanilla, (3) not relevant, (4/5) begins on Doom 2 map01 so no need to specify, (6) not relevant ... (1) two maps. 

 

I was involved with discussions that preceded that 'New to posting maps?' guide in its current form, and discouraging minimalist OPs -- but entirely accurate and thus wholly sufficient ones -- was never the idea.
